How to request account deletion
If you want to delete your NSL Saathi account and associated personal data, submit a deletion request using the methods below.
Method 1: Email request
Send an email to: info@nuziveeduseeds.com
Please include:
- Registered mobile number or email used in NSL Saathi
- Your full name
- App user ID (if shown in the App; optional)
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Method 2: In-app option (if available)
If the App includes an in-app deletion option, use it and follow the instructions shown. If this option is not available in your build, use the email method above.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete (or anonymize where appropriate) personal data associated with your account, such as:
- Account profile details
- App-specific records linked to your user account (to the extent they are personal data)
- Uploaded content that is tied to your account (where feasible and required)
Some business/operational records may be retained if required for legal compliance, audits, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes. Where retention is required, we restrict access and retain only what is necessary.
Timeline
- We typically acknowledge requests within 7 working days.
- We typically complete deletion within 30 days, subject to verification and legal/operational retention requirements.
Verification
To protect your account, we may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request (for example, by confirming the registered phone/email or requesting additional information).
